Backed by the knowledge and experience of 25 years overseeing major projects, in addition to being responsible for the business growth of Baldasso Cortese, Anthony is well positioned to support and steer the course of this vision.

Steven is responsible for the design output of the practice.

He instills an invigorating design culture of peer observation and feedback within the firm. Design reviews and workshops are carried out to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Steven encourages collaboration at every level; with clients, staff and consultants, and looks for the optimal solution that achieves an appropriate balance between time, cost and quality. 

Working with his team, Steven develops an architectural language for each project that is unique and appropriate to its context. He specialises in environmentally sustainable design and believes that through intelligent design we can reduce operational costs and produce greener buildings.

Steven is Chairman of the Newman College Building Committee and a member of the Neman College Council (a co-educational residential College affiliated with the University of Melbourne).
