Contract Administration Specialist

A strategic position exists within the Care Sector.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective day to day client side management of multiple projects

Skills required for this position:

Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Project management or Building

  • Developed specialist skills in contract administration phases of projects upwards of $40M in value
  • Professional expertise recognised within the industry
  • Developed project management skills working with Tier 2 builders
  • Outstanding project delivery experience
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent technical knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and construction practice in Victoria
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally have at least 15 years experience
  • Experience with low/medium rise buildings advantageous

This position will work closely with the Sector Leader to ensure successful delivery of the projects.

Senior Project Architect

The successful applicants will be responsible for the effective day to day management of a project, including staff and resources.

Skills required for this position:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Education experience will be looked upon favourably but not essential
  • Professional expertise recognised within the industry
  • Developed project management and team management skills
  • High level experience of project delivery
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Industry knowledge, local regulations and local experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good working knowledge of AutoCAD. Revit training available
  • Ideally have at least 15 years’ experience

This position is a strategic role which will involve client liaison, budget and resource planning and the leadership of a team through design, documentation and construction phases.

Exciting projects coupled with consistent and well managed growth has led to the opportunity for a skilled Architectural Documenter to work on a variety of projects within the office.

Skills required for this position:

  • Proven documentation experience
  • Excellent construction knowledge
  • Experience in consultant coordination
  • Outstanding Revit / AutoCAD skills
  • Must be able to work in a project team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 15 years local experience

The ability to lead teams and multiple site roll out experience would be advantageous.
