A 118 bed aged care facility that caters for both high and low care residents including a 32 bed secure wing.
The design is a response to the local built environment and will have the ambience of a modern boutique hotel. The planning of the building incorporated internal loops to improve staff operations and promote resident activity. With the use of smaller more intimate communal spaces such as lounges and dining areas, residents can enjoy a diverse range of spaces with differing aspects and amenity.
