Baldasso Cortese has been working collaboratively with La Trobe University on several refurbishment projects over the last two years. Each project has been delivered on time and within budget.

Having worked in the education sector for over 23 years, Baldasso Cortese understands that careful planning is required to ensure that construction work is conducted in the shortest period of time so that any disruption to normal University activities are minimised.

Two recent projects are featured here which include:

Eastern Lecture Theatre Complex - this included the refurbishment of 6 lecture theatres to improve the look, feel of the interiors, improve user comfort and operational standards with regard to lighting and acoustics.

Learning Commons / Donald Whitehead Building - the scope of this project was to identify underutilised spaces in this building and to provide flexible student focus hubs with access for students to use informally 24/7.
