A 13 storey building accommodating 200 apartments was designed to occupy this prominent site at the corner of Doncaster and Tram Roads in Doncaster, opposite Westfield Shopping Town.
Designed in a tripartite arrangement with a podium, tower and top, the building creates a bold statement for Doncaster Hill. Unit types vary between 1, 2 and 3 bedroom with a retail component on the ground floor to activate the street frontage. The design ensures that almost all units have direct solar exposure to the living areas.
