Woolworths

Our relationship with Woolworths dates from 2007, and has included a range of projects from new developments to the refurbishment of existing supermarket facilities.

Development sites require a quick and assured response to specific site conditions, and the provision of just the right amount of information to assist a client in making development decisions. 

Baldasso Cortese has assisted Woolworths on several prospective development sites in Victoria and Tasmania, ranging from 6,000 sqm neighbourhood shopping centres to complex multi-storey inner-urban retail/residential developments.

Baldasso Cortese is currently involved with Woolworths on a number of complex supermarket extension/refurbishment projects in Victoria.
