Clifton Hill | Victoria
Status Completed 2008
The retention of a large lemon scented gum in the middle of the site was the main driver for the refurbishment of this beautiful double fronted Victorian terrace in Clifton Hill. With the site located in a heritage precinct this lead to the retention of the front two rooms and facade.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of bedroom 1, ensuites and robe, study and laundry leading into a large pavilion spanning the entire site and housing the kitchen, dining and living. Upstairs there are two bedroom, rumpus and bathroom in a timber clad addition that draws inspiration from the lemon scented gum.
