At the start of the year we entered in the 2018 Australian Achiever Awards. These awards encourage, recognise and promote excellence in customer service in small to large-sized businesses which gives the companies who provide good customer service a responsible and credible way to showcase their commitment.
The award selection process involves feedback from clients on eight customer service values, namely; time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, referral and overall perception.
We are very proud to announce that Baldasso Cortese have been awarded a Highly Recommended for our Excellence in Customer Service with a score of 92.7% in the 'Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services' category.
