Work has now commenced at Notre Dame College's Kennedy & Crane Learning Community and Arts Centre, in Shepparton, with Fairbrother Constructions on site.
This development will integrate the new building with the adjacent two-storey Br. Ray Martin Hospitality Centre on the south-west corner of the campus. The facility will accommodate two junior houses each with 108 students on the upper floors, with specialist art studio spaces for both junior and senior students to be located on the ground floor. It will also accommodate ancillary spaces such as specialist staff work areas, head of house offices and both student and staff toilet facilities.
Father Joe Taylor from the local diocese was present for the official site commencement photo, along with College Principal John Cortese, Finance Manager David Smyth, Facilities Manager Paul Christensen, Head Contractor representatives Rick Carson & Mark Miller along with Nic Lymn from our Baldasso Cortese team.
