Waverley Road Apartments consists of four levels of 30 one and two bedroom apartments and a basement car park, however, reads as three storeys from the front elevation. The building makes a bold statement with its brick façade and signature green metal hooded balconies, yet references the architecture of the adjacent housing and the sawtooth roof form of the industrial buildings to the north.
Our design ensures that majority of the units have good solar access and views from both living and bedroom areas. Keeping with the neighbourhood, the ground floor apartments are setback to provide outdoor courtyards and create a landscaped zone that softens the transition from built form to street view.
