Over 12 months, Baldasso Cortese collaborated closely with Heathdale Christian College on their Implementation Plan. This is essentially a highly detailed Master Plan providing a resolved development roadmap for the next 20+ years.

Baldasso Cortese worked closely with the Victorian Health Building Authority and East Wimmera Health Service on the major redevelopment of their Birchip campus, located in north-western Victoria.

In February of this year, St Lawrence of Brindisi Catholic Primary School in Melton South opened its doors to its first new students and families. It was a moment that was long awaited and highly anticipated for the parish and school community.

During 2021, working closely with our client, Kardinia International College (Geelong), Baldasso Cortese completed much-needed improvements to the Katsumata Centre, a multi-purpose hall. The original ceiling and its structure were falling.

We are thrilled that our project, Clifton Views is a finalist in the Senior Living category for the Shaw Contract Design Awards. Clifton Views is one of the first new vertical aged care facilities in Melbourne showcasing unparalleled views of the city skyline.

Padua College officially opened their new Whyte Senior Learning Centre, marking the first stage of their Mornington Campus redevelopment as part of the masterplan developed by Baldasso Cortese in 2016.
